Is Minimum Wage Going Up In 2025 In Ct. Connecticut's minimum wage will increase 66 cents beginning on jan. Starting january 2025, connecticut’s minimum wage will increase from $15.60 to $16.35 per hour.

Governor ned lamont announced on september 27, 2024, that the minimum wage in the state of connecticut will increase from $15.69 to $16.35. Which means, for the foreseeable future, employers need to be mindful of the automatic increase to the state’s minimum wage which goes into effect on january 1, 2025.
